Specifically, **Latam localizations.**:- Excellent knowledge in PL/SQL and Unix Shell Script- Experience in developing and customizing Oracle XML Publisher Reports, Workflow, WebADI.- Oracle Application Framework developments, Business Events and Bursting- Oracle Database and Performance Tuning- Ability to work on Interfaces & Extensions- SCM tools - GitHub, JIRA- Should have good experience of Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) practices.- Experience in various project methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma, Waterfall, RUP, Scrum and Agile)- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.- Good communicator & presentation skills to senior stakeholders- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proven history of successful problem solving with a sense of urgency.- Expertise in other programming languages e.g. Java, Python (preferred)- Experience in Oracle 12.2 Upgrade (Not essential)**What makes you stand out?**- Have knowledge of Accountancy- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to build professional relationships.Marsh McLennan is committed to creating a diverse, inclusive and flexible work environment.
