Our products, present in a wide variety of fields, that contribute to improve the quality of life of millions of people.**Job Description**:Analysis and monitoring of the transportation budget and forecast (Business Plan, Current Forecast, monthly cost reports, rate cards update)- Follow up of the Chargeback & recovery process with Logistics Service Providers and/or Insurance- Identifies, develop, lead, implement and follow up improvement and/or cost savings/avoidance projects in logistics- Ensures correct definition and follow up of the mode of transportation process- Support Traffic team in daily operational topics- Support implementation of automation of traffic processes together with support departments- Any additional project required is also managed by traffic specialist until definition of new owner is fulfilled**Qualifications**:General transportation processes knowledge - Intermediate- Customs processes Knowledge -Basic- C-TPAT and OEA knowledge - Basic- Warehouse processes knowledge - Basic- SAP Logistics transactions knowledge - Intermediate- Finished Goods and/or raw material planning processes knowledge - Preferred- Budget & forecast development and tracking knowledge/skills - Intermediate- General invoicing concepts knowledge - Basic- Microsoft office skills - Advanced- Disposition to work in Juarez Area 95% and visit to ELP Warehouse 5%- Learning and adaptability skills- Result oriented- Analytic skills- Ability to see the big picture - Future orientation- Communication skills- Negotiation skills- Problem Solving techniques abilities- High sense of urgency- Customer service orientatedAdditional InformationBosch is constantly expanding its international presence, since for us cultural diversity represents one of our greatest strengths.
