About the role: We are seeking an experienced Technical Writer to join our expanding Technical Documentation team, dedicated to developing product documentation, troubleshooting guides, and learning resources aimed at enhancing customer self-serve capabilities and increasing the adoption of our products.
In this role, you will establish a strong and enduring partnership with multiple stakeholders across the company to enhance our user content experience. Success in this position requires an adept technical writer with SaaS documentation experience, ensuring seamless organization, easy navigation, and optimal search functionality.
