We solve complex problems by finding integrated, data-centric solutions from the early stages of consulting and engineering, through installation and commissioning, to the late stages of decommissioning and remediation.**Join us and help drive innovation and sustainability in our projects.****Purpose**The position will coordinate the activities of programmers in order to efficiently perform their assigned tasks; will assume responsibility for evaluating the accuracy of all engineering, procurement and construction schedules; You will develop a relationship with other areas within the company which will help communication between areas; assist in presenting scheduling procedures to clients; will provide leadership in the selection, evaluation and training of planning/scheduling staff.**Responsibilities**- Must have extensive knowledge of the principles and practices for preparing an activity program (interactive board, logical sequence, closed network of activities, logical critical path, etc.), you must have a work culture to achieve results. Must be able to develop conclusions from program analysis.- Must have knowledge of best practices in preparing an activity program (baseline, etc...) and an efficient methodology in monitoring the progress of activities (credit rules, earned value, etc...); analysis of completion trends and early identification of low returns that affect said project completion date.- Must have the ability to track and monitor the schedule of activities for more than one complex project at the same time.- Will prepare periodic reports that show the current status of the project and its completion forecast ("S" curves), so you must have clear programming concepts and a high level of analysis.**What will you bring?****Mandatory Requirements**- +7 years of experience in project planning- Knowledge of software related to the position (Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Netpoint, etc.),- Mining Experience- Excel at an intermediate level (graphs, databases, pivot tables, complex formulas, etc.)**Education**- University degree and equivalent relevant experience.**Work Modality**:On Site**Location**:Torreon, Coahuila.*****Travel expenses**: $19,300 mxn**Duration of assignment**:2 years.
