The Role This role will be based onsite at the client in Juarez, Mexico As a Senior Client Operations Manager, you will lead the overall service delivery of the recruitment administration team and work closely with the Client Operations Director (COD) to measure KPIs and build strong stakeholder relationships. Reporting into the Client Operations Director (COD) you will assist in driving best practices across the recruitment lifecycle. The Senior manager will also support the Client Operations Director in creating the talent strategy for the account and driving the achievement of all contractually agreed quality thresholds, KPIs and client satisfaction targets (with accountability for these aspects in their specific area) Key Accountabilities Responsibilities (but are not limited to): Communicating the process and benefits of the solution to key stakeholders, including changes in process, new initiatives/ projects and additional service offerings. Analyzing and communicating recruitment trends, results and insights (business unit, client and external market) to drive future recruitment activity, improve compliance and reduce risk. Monitoring the delivery of recruitment services in accordance with our RPO contract, ensuring seamless delivery between the onsite and offshore resources. Ensuring the team is fully briefed on the contractual recruitment delivery process to include in-scope activities, SLAs, mandatory recruitment activity stages and team responsibilities. When needed, developing an effective Talent Pool framework for all Business units to include: job segmentation, defined sourcing strategies, and an articulated engagement plan per role type. Managing relationships with third party service providers as assigned. Be able to organize large recruitment events. Representing the client brand in the market to attract and retain talent, developing a reputation of recruitment best practice/employer of choice. Monitoring service delivery against contractual terms and manage out of scope service requests and provide support for proposal management where appropriate. Recruiting, inducting and training new team members where and when required. Ensuring effective performance optimization of all team members, ensuring all SLAs & KPIs are set, appropriate development plans are created and mentoring is provided, as required. Manage a team of 15 recruitment coordinators to achieve delivery targets. Lead and monitor the team's delivery of the best practice operating model for the account Oversight of recruitment coordination delivery and candidate query and application management. You'll need to have proven track-record managing event coordination Experience of developing and delivering processes to improve outcomes (i.e. increased productivity, increased client satisfaction) Experience working to tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment Ability to liaise with and influence all levels of management to agree a change of direction or new process Experience working to and achieving demanding targets, ratios and SLAs and working to tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment Skills & Experience Bilingual in English and Spanish is a must have A minimum of 3 years full cycle recruiting/sourcing experience in tech, biotech or related industry preferably in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical or related industry required. Degree educated or equivalent is highly desirable. Bachelor's preferred. Experience working with large volume sourcing and recruitment models required. Permanent recruitment experience gained ideally within life sciences, clinical, pharmaceutical, engineering or Manufacturing sectors. Thorough understanding of end-to-end recruitment process methodology within the staffing industry or Manufacturing HR, preferably at a global organization. A high level of experience working in a leadership role for a recruitment solution, ideally within the RPO environment. Successful experience managing multiple searches and stakeholders, at different stages of the recruitment lifecycle at the same time. Strong written and verbal/presentation skills. Ability to interpret data from a variety of internal and external source and predict trends. Ability to liaise with and influence all levels of management to agree a change of direction or new process Experience working to and achieving demanding targets, ratios and SLAs and working to tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment Ability to manage a team that will be working multiple shifts (7am-2pm or 2pm-10pm) Other At AMS, different is not just good , it's valuable.
