Act as the main interface between project personnel and clients for any document control issues.**Responsibilities**:- Responsible for the control, tracking and expediting of project document management in the construction phase, such as RFIs, Submittals, Transmittals using the EDMS platform (Aconex).Preparation of Engineering and Supplier Document review and comment sessions on the Bluebeam platform on the project at the Veracruz Site.- Develop records of project documents showing the status of updated document management processes.- Ensure that all project documentation is accurately logged, managed and issued via the Electronic Document Management System. It is imperative that each project has an accurate database containing each revision of all documents/drawings issued on a project and capturing all necessary meta-data for each record including every document that is issued to each Company throughout the life of the project.- Ability to lead and/or train lesser seasoned individuals.- What you will bring- You will bring more than 5 years of experience in the document control position.
