IF YOU ARE A specialist with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field with 3+ years of experience in a similar position An expert in Marketing Automation and CRM systems (HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) Having profound knowledge of various areas of marketing (like digital advertising, etc.) Possessing a detail-oriented approach and ability to be thorough down to every single lead Greatly skilled in reporting and communication A fluent English speaker AND YOU WANT TO Take on a 1-year assignment with this role Launch, manage, and analyze marketing campaigns across digital channels daily to generate quality leads Draw, present, and realize insights from the results into real campaign improvement Demonstrate a hands-on approach in all campaigns managed: from launch to optimization Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) Conduct research to support the effectiveness of the upcoming marketing campaigns Help to develop new growth and optimization strategies in close collaboration with the Demand Generation Team TOGETHER WE WILL Work in a global IT company, top employer, and industry leader, sustainable and socially responsible company Care for your and your family's wellness with a health insurance package Work with a diverse team of professionals in a collaborative enterprise environment Help you with your individual initiatives — we are open to them; just come and share your ideas!
