We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Scrum Manager to join our team. As a Scrum Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and execution of Agile methodology throughout our organization. Your strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities will be essential in ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Responsibilities Lead and effectively manage all Scrum teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget Facilitate the Agile planning and execution processes, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and key deliverables Monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement, taking proactive measures to address any issues or bottlenecks Foster a collaborative and transparent work environment, promoting effective communication and knowledge sharing among team members Coach and mentor team members on Agile practices and principles, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement Conduct regular meetings with the cross-functional teams to discuss project statuses, risks, and dependencies Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification Proven experience as a Scrum Manager or similar role within the software development industry Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously Effective communication skills, with the ability to facilitate productive discussions and resolve conflicts
