We take a commonsense approach to underwriting, providing comprehensive in-house services to ensure a seamless loan process.**Key Responsibilities**:- Utilize online databases to gather information.- Extract and compile data from various sources into organized Excel sheets or databases.- Analyze data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business development.- Collaborate with team members to develop strategic plans based on data insights.- Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to key stakeholders.- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular quality checks.**Qualifications**:- Proven experience in data analysis, research, or a related role.- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.- Ability to work independently.- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.MHML is an equal opportunity employer.
