En Bayer tienes la oportunidad de ser parte de una cultura en la que valoramos la pasión de nuestros colaboradores por innovar y darles el poder de cambiar.****S&C Development Mgr - SSS, Clubes & Conv****Purpose of the role**:To plan, design and implement the customer strategy to ensure sell out, growth and profit.**Your Tasks & Responsabilities**:- Trade Master Plans: Create and execute the TPM by customer, ensuring sell out growth plans above the market.- JBP: Secure Joint Business Planning with customers, follow up and implementation- Shopper Strategy Campaigns: Adapt the shopper marketing campaign according to the customer and channel needs, generating relevance to the shopper at the POS.- P&I: Manages budget by customers to drive maximum achievement of sales, profit and ROI- Price & Promotional Strategy: Implementation of the optimum promotional strategy for the brands with customers, securing the NRM recommendation. Must secure post evaluation.- Customer Relationship: Build strong commercial relationship along with the Key Account manager to develop continues growth plans.- POS Execution: Must secure the plans implantation by customer, creating relevant engagement with the Field Force team.**Who You Are**:- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar careers.- English (90%) writing, reading and oral.
