React to violations to regulations and Alstom Standards.- **Develop Project Quality**- Support the Project Quality Manager Level System and Project Quality DIS Manager to develop, deploy and maintain the local procedures and tools and make sure they are aligned with Alstom Standards and international standards (ISO 9001:2015).- Support the Project Quality Manager Level System and Project Quality DIS Manager.- **Quality Compliance**- Assist the Project Quality Manager of DIS to ensure compliance of the project activities according to the Quality Plan, guidelines, and work instructions.- Perform Quality legal compliance checks for specific requirements.- **Develop Quality culture in the project**- Inform, instruct, and train employees to carry out the work in safe & environment-friendly mode according to the method of statement.- Training in Quality Management System to personnel operative.- Prepare operational personnel aware of self-inspection- Participate in the implementation of the project Quality training programs by providing Quality inductions and ensuring Toolbox meetings are organized.- **Report, Measure & Review**- Support the Quality Project Manager to capture, report, record, investigate and analyze accidents/incidents to implement corrective and preventive actions.- Support the preparation of monthly Quality reports.- Support to follow KPI of Quality.- Support to 8D procedures.- Carry out inspections of work areas and carry out Quality audits and report any discrepancy.**Performance measurements**:_ (OTD, QCD, Sales, PMC, Orders, Gross margin, etc.)_- IFR 1 & IFR 2- Fatality / severe accidents- SOV number- Health and wellbeing (Occupational diseases, ergonomic)The Quality inspector ensures the compliance of products and parts delivered by the ALSTOM facilities. He / She performs inspections, checks, tests, and sampling procedures according to the applicable instructions on products ready for delivery and on products during their manufacturing process. He / She validates manufacturing control plans.
