Thanks to our global experience and strong technical knowledge we can develop and support from the original concept to the design, product development, production systems and implementation.What are we looking for:We want your talent!**ALTEN Mexico is looking for Technical Specialist/Project Manager MED****General Activities**:**Cordinate, as a Vehicle Technical Manager deputy the vehicle composition (core structure, interchangeability )**- Coordinate the Product/Process convergence (hard points in zone meetings )- Coordinate the creation and organization of Connections/Fasteners- Organize Connections/Fasteners meeting to coordinate the technical core team's activity and identify roadblocks- As owner of the Connections/Fasteners dashboard, define with the Technical Manager the follow-up and final KPI (escalation to Project Manager)- Prepare and coordinate the Change Management meeting- Continuation of Change Management coordination, multi-site coordination by sharing with the dedicated sites the modifications requested.- Contribute to the quality convergence by synchronizing the part modifications with the project planning (batch of modifications).- Coordinate the Product/Process convergence & reactivity (mainly for Welding, Painting and Assembly)- Participation to modification batches organization, based on Change Management information (break points, part number change )- Support defects solving coordination for main defects on Painting, Welding and Assembly.- Coordinate the vehicle rework on used cars, for vehicles produced from X2 with dedicated rework/upgrade workshops, and on new car, for vehicles produced from batch method (XS) till SOP with rework/ upgrade workshops.**Education/Experience**:Bachelor´s degree in mecanical, manufacture, industrial, automotive engineering2+ years of experience**Soft skills**:- Must be a highly motivated, detail oriented, and a self-directed process thinker- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills- Strong written and presentation skills are a must- Ability to interface with all levels of management**Technical Skills**:Basic Requirements:**Minimum of 4 years automotive industry experience at an OEM or large tier 1 in Product development engineering****Advanced to expert skill level in using Excel and PowerPoint.****Experience using Teamcenter, NX and Catia****Experience with automotive BOMs****KPI management****#We want to get to know you # Become part of our team**Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $23,000.00 - $24,000.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Vales de despensaTipos de compensaciones:- Bono de asistencia- Bono de puntualidadPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Alguna vez ha colaborado con el management de KPI´S?- ¿Cuenta con más de 2 años de exp en el sector automotriz?- Sabe usar Teamcenter, NX o Catia?Lugar de trabajo: remoto híbrido en 76100, Querétaro, Qro.
