In your new role you will:Execute, optimize, maintain and champion CX Premium Service Culture's (PSC) Customer Commitment program pilot and managing the rollout of program to other regions at all levels of Infineon. Optimize and create communications, content and advocacy campaigns to create visibility of CX Culture and to build a sustainable culture of customer obsession.Plan and manage all program events (webinars, workshops, etc) while working collaboratively with key stakeholders for successful execution to increase engagement and enhance the customer-centric culture.Work cross-functionally and collaboratively with various people from Corporate Communications, Brand and Marketing, HR, etc., to help develop onboarding, trainings, and communications to sustain the visibility of the Customer Commitment program and additional culture programs as well as champion the culture programs throughout the organization.Work with existing insights and data available to recommend changes and/or improvements to the program on an on-going basis (data includes: employee surveys, employee recognition platform, comms/social stats, etc).Help plan, organize, and manage execution of Customer Commitment program and additional CX Culture program events/initiatives.Assist in creating innovative content, trainings and communications to drive engagement and deliver impactful culture change organization wide (including the CX Blog)PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES – DETAILED:- Liaise with key stakeholders of the program to ensure relevant areas are engaged in time to develop deliverables within their area to support overall project deliverables. Support partner teams to refine processes and increase efficiency in line with program objectives. Track delivery against program objectives and implement proposals to improve program services and efficiencies.You will identify opportunity areas for training and documentation, source and develop the training materials, create and deliver relevant, consumable content to employees to help equip them with the tools to successfully implement the best customer-centric behaviors. Responsible for working with internal departments to leverage various communication channels to promote internal awareness.Execute and continually monitor PSC program activities in order to achieve employee adoption and engagement.Proactively identify opportunity areas for improvement based on employee insights, engagement metrics, personas, journey maps and VoC data Design and execute creative deliverables needed for internal marketing/communications related to the CX team's different programs to meet defined outcomes. Create graphic representations of data (for presentations) and translating complex research into easily readable content for stakeholders and other departments. Monitoring and managing the teams internal blog, CX Culture Intranet page and Recognition platform and adjusting outreach tactics and ideas as needed.You are best equipped for this task if you have:A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Training & Development or similar field 3-5 years of experience in customer and/or employee communications and program management with a focus on content creation and/or change management Have positive energy and thrive on being proactive and activating tasks Ability to visually translate complex data into a common language Enjoy tackling the impossible with the ability to problem-solve You take a proactive approach to challenges and coming up with new ideas Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to articulate concepts clearly and concisely Knowledge of marketing strategies and a creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box Interest in working with a cross-functional, international team Great presentation skills Advanced skills with Microsoft tools Familiar with project collaboration tools such as Jira, Miro, and Figma a plus Fluent in English.Nice to have: Background and/or proficiency in design with the ability to create graphic elements and content needed for program promotions and internal communications Proficient in Adobe programs (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)BenefitsCoaching, mentoring, networking possibilitiesWide range of training offers & planning of career developmentDifferent career pathsMedical CoverageLife insuranceFlexible working conditionsAforePerformance bonusHome Office
