Ensures proper follow up to established organizational procedures such as WI, AM, Control Plan, Line Releases, etc. Ensures correct quality, safety and environmental conditions established in company policies. Promotes a harmonious work area, is a key player in providing service to direct personnel by providing support when required. Monitors the correct identification of materials and sends non-conforming products to quarantine and immediately notifies appropriate personnel when processes are non-conforming. Escalates problems and provides feedback to personnel under his charge. Defines the shifts in which direct staff will be working.
