Full compliance with Quality/Design, cost and time requirements per LPM direction. Participate in relationships with vendors. Raw material selection, material ordering, test materials inventory management. Collaborate in test staffing, usage of line time, requesting, tracking and reporting. Pre-costing and costing of all assigned projects focusing on Food technology steps. Creation of quality manuals, support definition of image & defect manuals, budget management and tracking. Serve as guardian to obtain the best possible Food product in all work activities (Reviews, definitions, product handling, meetings, plant trials, consumer studies, etc.). Active participation in activities such as ideation sessions internally or with consumers, FDR's, international and local shows, Cereal and Snacks challenges.We're Looking for Someone WithBachelor of Science Degree in science or engineering with 9 year experience Master of Science degree in Food Science or related discipline with 6 year experience is desirable!
