Industrialization:Manage production equipment introduction using IPROMFollow equipment or assembly lines development with suppliersDesign small tools and validate supplier proposalsDefine acceptance criteria for new equipment or linesPerform trials on the lines, deliver reports, and build action plansMass Production:Monitor QCDM and propose improvementsWork on cycle time reduction for optimized investments, material, and labor costsUpdate routing on the Information system with SPV validationSupport production technicians through training, analysis, and problem-solvingStandardization:Validate PG RAISE and CdC standards created by Standard OwnersApply and promote standards in the domainApply the SPV rulesEnvironment:Ensure the respect of Safety and Environment procedures of Valeo Group, maintain the 5S, and report issues. Be alert for safety rules infringement.
