Plan, supervise, design, and improve the manufacturing systems.Meet customer expectations through process design.Update and approve formats, procedures, and worksheets in the manufacturing area.Coordinate and review jointly with the areas of the organization the modification to the standard operation processes.Implement the design and when applicable the update of business process designs,Improve and optimize the process for the different areas in the organization.Identify the organizational problems that hinder the proper functioning of the organization´s process.Design process improvement proposals, analyzing feasibility, cost-benefit, and organizational impact.Implement solutions to reduce costs, increase efficiency and improve service.REQUIRED SKILLS: Keeps self-control in hard situations.
