That's how we drive impact - for ourselves, our company, and the communities we serve.Join us.About the teamThe team is responsible for lead a world class team and set the TikTok strategy for the Latin American market, evolve the value proposition for local TikTok ecosystem and build rich partnerships with other regional teams to effectively deliver this strategy. Main partners will include regional leaders for sales, product, comms, marketing, business development and policy.**Responsibilities**:- Provide strategic and operational support for Local Head of Operations- Project Coordination: Work closely with department teams to coordinate and execute projects according to established timelines and objectives.- Communication and Collaboration: facilitate effective communication within the department and cross-functional teams.- Collaborate with team members to gather project requirements, goals, and deliverables and ensure alignment with overall department goals. Act as liaison between teams, communicate progress to relevant stakeholders.- Documentation and Reporting: create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports for Local Head of Operations and other leadership stakeholders.- Resource Management: assist in resource allocation, ensuring teams have the necessary resources to meet project requirements. Monitor and track resource utilization throughout project lifecycles.- Risk Management: identify potential risks or challenges and collaborate with teams to develop and implement mitigation strategies.- Process Improvement: identify opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness of processes within the department.**Qualifications**:Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in project management, business, or a related field.- 5 years of experience in project coordination or project management support roles.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.Preferred Qualifications- Experience in technology, media, entertainment or related fields is a plusTikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
