Marketing Senior Manager

Location: Mexico City, LI-Hybrid About the role: We are seeking a Marketing Senior Manager for Neurosciences who can develop and drive the execution of brand marketing plans with the objective to maximize market share and revenue growth in the Mexican market. This role will work directly with the Marketing and Sales teams and reports to the Priority Therapeutic Area Head. Essential requirements: • University degree • Relevant experience in marketing and sales roles within the pharmaceutical industry at private and public markets • Deep understanding of the P&L matters • Collaborate in cross-functional teams • Strong leadership, communication and influencing skills • Advanced English • Availability to travel up to 50% of the time Desirable requirements: • Experience in high specialty products as Neurology therapies Why Novartis?
