THE WORK Developing and implementing strategies to strengthen our company's market presence. Creating awareness of our company's business activities and employer brand. Supervising the department, providing guidance and feedback to other marketing professionals. Working with our founders to translate our vision into marketing efforts. Designing and implementing our social media strategy. Planning and executing campaigns for company events, branding and other needs. Producing valuable content for the company's online presence and publications. Collaborating closely with Design teams. Conduct general market research to keep up with market trends. Become the organization's main point of contact towards related external parties such as influencers, freelancers and potential clients. NEEDED EXPERTISE 5 years of marketing experience in agencies or tech companies. Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field. Proven success in online marketing campaigns, social media growth, and brand awareness. Proficiency in Mailchimp and other social media platforms. Solid knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Notion. Experience in budget optimization, campaigns, and ads reporting. Excellent English and Spanish communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong project management abilities. Willingness to learn and adapt to changing business needs. Open to exploring new tools and technologies to enhance recruitment processes.
