DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:
Coordinate transportation arrangements for shipments promptly and professionally, ensuring exceptional customer service through prompt written and verbal responsesBook and manage transportation loads efficiently within the Transportation Management System, handling exceptions and making necessary adjustments as per customer requestsSchedule delivery appointments and handle any required modifications within the systemLead TMC systems training sessions for external parties, ensuring seamless integrationPrepare and share reports with internal and external stakeholders promptly to support informed decisions QUALIFICATIONS Required:
High School Diploma or GEDAbility to work flexible schedule on occasion, including overtime hours when requestedPreferred
