We reached profitability in 2020, reaching 8 million happy customers and over a billion dollars of sales in 2023.**This Role****Responsibilities**:- Analyze and interpret laws and regulation related to: credits, financial institutions, data privacy, and consumer protection.- Draft, review and authorize commercial contracts and legal documents.- Manage third party service provider contracts and documents while interacting with external legal counsel.- Support the execution of controls for regulatory Compliance in Mexico including KYC requirements and Customer Complaints responses.**Qualifications**:- General notions of Legal & Compliance functions, basic experience or no experience needed.- Bachelor's degree in Law- Strong teamwork skills- Strong ethical record and behavior- Ability to work by key objective metrics- Advanced EnglishPayJoy is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer and we welcome and encourage people of all backgrounds.
