Lead Software Engineer We are currently looking for Lead Software Engineer , within the Accounting and Advisory Technology organization . About the Role In this opportunity as Lead Software Engineer , you will: Lead multiple projects, programs and business initiatives, demonstrating creativity and ingenuity. Deliver end-to-end technical solutions and solves complex problems that may be ambiguous in nature. Determine work priorities based on general direction from managers. Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience. Train and mentor colleagues including Sr. Software Engineers. Write code that establishes and enhances coding specifications, typically for software programs and systems that have little or no precedent. Deliver software features with exceptional quality, meeting designated release plans and delivery commitments. Network with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise. Interact with direct team of accountability, peers and/or managers in other teams. May interact with vendors and/or customers to share information and improve workflow processes. Work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Plan, design, develop and test software systems or applications for software enhancements and new products. About You You're a fit for the role of Lead Software Engineer if your background includes: 3 to 5 years of experience in full stack application development. Deep understanding of C#.NET, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and web application technologies. Hands on experience in C#, .Net Core, MVC, Entity Framework, Cloud Technologies, SQL, etc., Nice to have working experience with VC++ and Visual Basic. Good working knowledge of SQL server SQL, Stored Procedures, performance tuning for stored procedures/ queries Functions. Good Knowledge of Angular and front end development technologies. Should be well versed with Agile development knowledge and good understanding of CI/CD deployment pi. What's in it For You?
