This role is for an experienced, passionate, dynamic, analytical, innovative, hands-on, and customer-obsessed individual.As a Sr Manager in the Capacity Planning Team, you will own the weekly cadence for the generation of in station capacity to make sure the organization is well prepared for the future. You will work cross-functionally to ensure that decisions are made and actioned which will allow our operations to run as effectively as possible. You will challenge the unknown and drive improvement into key areas of our business.Key job responsibilities- Manage a team of supply chain managers and analysts- Build strategic plans to fulfill customer demand at the cheapest and in a cost efficient way.- Work with operational stakeholders to drive execution to the plans..- Highlight misses, direct appropriate closure actions within supply chain.- Drive last mile forecasting accuracy working with local in country planning and operational teams.- Provide actionable insights into current delivery performance and improvements avenues.- Lead the end to end planning for key events like Prime day or other initiatives and peak.- Support the expansion of the network, new locations from analysing where we expand to how fast.- Work with business teams to define requirements and high-level process/system solutionsMexico City, DIF, MEX- Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership
