Junior Product Manager

**Role Description**As a Junior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and executing the product development and daily operations of The Global MUN programs. This versatile position offers abundant growth opportunities and hands-on action, allowing you to make a tangible impact from day one. Your responsibilities will include ideating product development initiatives based on business needs, enhancing the core offer, and implementing strategic improvements. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing daily operations for The Global MUN, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning across all aspects of the organization. Collaborating closely with sales teams, you will contribute to building better sales material and presentations to enhance our outreach and engagement efforts.**Required Qualifications**- Highly organized, proactive, and coachable individual who can effectively manage tasks and responsibilities.- Passionate about working with teenagers and dedicated to fostering their growth and development.- Demonstrated project management ability, with experience coordinating and executing projects from start to finish.- Proficiency in designing using Canva or similar graphic design tools.- Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.**Preferred Qualifications**- Final years of university or recent graduate with a degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering.
