Itam Process & Documentation Lead

Department:Confidencial Energy Information Technology Mode of Employment:Permanent LETS TALK ABOUT YOU Your profile Experience with ITAM (SAM/HAM) Tooling Experience with CMDB Critical thinking skills and ability to work under pressure. Organized approach to solve problem with good decision making skills. Multi-tasking skills and ability to meet deadlines. Familiar with IT tools such as Flexera and ServiceNow Knowledgeable in Discovery and Data Quality, such as Discovery & Service Mapping (Normalization) Data Quality Data Exception Handling (when dealing with multiple data sources) Strong troubleshooting background, ability to resolve technical issues, keep track of issues, follow up with pending work and open cases and responsive to requests for problem solving. Good command of English communication (written/verbal). Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations; Good organizational skills. Co-ordinate and work-closely with other IT departments in Infrastructure or other areas across the globe Your responsibilities Monitors Data Intake and quality from Discovery (and other sources) Updates and Maintains ITAM service documentation Works with ITSM Service Owner on CMDB quality and integration. Identify and resolves data exceptions and errors. Responds andtakes actions on approved change and demand requests for ITAM Executes and/or organizes relevant testing.
