About the role: Invoicing & Adjustments team members are responsible for the accurate and timely invoicing of customers. Their primary focus is to ensure that customers receive invoices and adjustments timely and accurately. This person may be called upon to support the cash collection process by working directly with customers to understand their bill. This role will be measured by KPI's related to invoicing requests. This is a remote-based position in Mexico.
