Join Our Team as an Internal Sales Executive (ISE)! As an Internal Sales Executive (ISE), you will play a crucial role in managing a set of assigned core accounts while also developing new ones. Your primary focus will be on exceeding both individual and team gross profit (GP) goals. Responsibilities: Manage assigned core accounts and develop new ones to exceed individual and team gross profit (GP) goals. Identify customer needs and apply the company's value proposition for sales growth and profitability. Qualify opportunities and ensure supplier selection and pricing. Take ownership of meeting customer delivery commitments and providing an outstanding customer experience. Independently set and negotiate product/service pricing and manage your territory. Maintain and monitor metrics, collaborate with the team, and strive to achieve individual GP targets. Requirements: Passionate and results-driven attitude. Ability to work collaboratively, attention to detail, and an entrepreneurial spirit. Effective communication and relationship-building skills. Strong knowledge of electronic components and global electronics manufacturing industry. High school degree or equivalent.
