Right now we are looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team. If you're passionate about such things, as search and negotiate with influencers on various platforms, build partnerships with influencer, control the ads launch, etc, we want to hear from you!**Requirements**:Previous experience of cooperation with influencers on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, Twitch, TwitterAbility to negotiate with bloggers and to agree on mutually advantageous terms of cooperation on various payment models;Ability to analyze a channel for efficiency (to check channel statistics and determine the channel for cheat (artificial boost);Attention to details;Responsibility;Knowledge of marketing metrics and ability to calculate them;Understanding of market trends, platforms, formatsAbility to match brand positioning with influencer positioningEnglish level B2 and above (oral and written).**Key responsibilities**:to search and negotiate with influencers on various platforms (Youtube, Instagram, Tiktok, Telegram, Twitch, Twitter);Build partnerships with influencers;Draw up technical specifications;Control the ads launch (from the moment of negotiations to publication and analysis of results);Optimize campaigns budget;Maintain statistics/reports on the campaigns;Evaluate the effectiveness of ads placements;Develop and execute an influence marketing plan and creative campaigns;Make a social media analysis;Stay up to date with the emerging social media trends;Monitor competitors' social media campaigns/benchmarking.**We Offer**:competitive salary based on interview results.28 paid vacations daysSalary is going to be paid twice a month in equal parts.Reduced working hoursSupportive team environment.
