Human Resources Generalist

JOB DESCRIPTIONAs a Human Resources Generalist you will be involved in the administrative area of human resources. You will manage payroll and salaries, administration of ADP, oversee recruiting process, administration and follow ups of new and already hired employees of the different companies we provide service for.
As well as handling incoming paperwork and documents.
REQUIREMENTSFluency in English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skillsBachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Organizational Development, Human Resources, business administration or related field (preferred)Desired experience with payrollHighly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Power Point, Excel)Excellent people skills to work with clientsReside in the Metropolitan Area of MonterreyACTIVITIESObtain the necessary information to prepare payroll reports of the different companiesPreparing and processing multiple payrollsAssist in data entry, recruiting and onboarding of new hiresProcess all terminated employees and calculate manual checksResearch employee payroll inquiries or answers questions through the ticketing systemAssist with annual merits, increases, special, and retroactive calculationsAssist with other special projects as requiredAssist in the review of bi-weekly and special payrollSKILLSUnderstanding of full payroll processesIntermediate Excel knowledgeGood understanding of data analyticsTolerance to work under pressureResponsibleHigh execution capabilityWE OFFERCompetitive pay (based in abilities and experience)#J-18808-Ljbffr
