Human Resources recognizes us as the first stop for "the what" in systems enablement as experts in providing solutions support to complex business problems, and as the gateway to IT.**Job Summary**This role is responsible for- Working on problems of moderately complex scope.- Working with the team to provide analysis of information (with limited project direction input).- Exercising independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action.- Following established guidelines and interpreting policies.- Evaluating unique circumstances and making recommendations.**Responsibilities**- Application of the software lifecycle development e.g., requirements, build, test, implementation with a focus on Workday security- Understands HR SaaS Platform security models; Workday is a plus.- Implements and manages multiple parts of process delivery with team guidance and instructions including any security audits.- Provides analytical support and analysis for priority projects that impact employees at the country level and may lead projects of low complexity.- Resolves HR support cases of moderate to high complexity that cannot be answered immediately through HR support teams.**Education & Experience** Recommended**- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.- Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in compensation, benefits, finance, and/or human resources or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.**Preferred Certifications**- Workday Pro**Knowledge & Skills**- Advanced knowledge of Workday security configuration- Quantitative and qualitative analysis skills desired e.g. Advanced knowledge in spreadsheets and database is preferred.- Basic project management skills, including planning, execution, and implementation.- Excellent communication skills, including presentation preparation and delivery.- Developed level of process knowledge and expertise in back-end processes.- Strong customer orientation.- Ability to work independently in a team environment and with guidance on more complex issues and decisions.Other skills preferred:- Agile Methodology- Automation- Business Requirements- Dashboard- People Analytics- Power BI**Cross-Org Skills**- Effective Communication- Results Orientation- Learning Agility- Digital Fluency- Customer Centricity**Complexity**- Responds to moderately complex issues within established guidelines.**Disclaimer
