In this role, you will generate and pursue leads, develop proposals and win new hotel tour desk concessions.**A successful Hotel Concession Business Development Manager will**:- Develop goals for hotel concession growth and ensure they are met.- Create development plans and forecast sales targets and growth projections.- Proactively research the industry, hotel companies and contacts to generate leads.- Pursue leads and moving them through the sales cycle.- Locate and propose potential concessions by contacting potential partners and establish rapport and arrange meetings.- Examine risks and potential of concession business opportunities.- Investigate and understand potential partners needs and goals.- Developing proposals for prospective partners- Develop negotiating strategies and positions through identifying the advantages for prospective partners of Amstar´s business model.- Draft and review contracts.- Prepare regular sales pipeline report.**A successful Hotel Concession Business Development Manager will have**:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field.- Must be fluent in English and Spanish.- Experience:- Sales, marketing or related field.- Design and implementation of business development strategy- Skills:- MS Office, Outlook, IT skills- Strong teamwork- Communication skills- Excellent organizational skills- Strong communication skills and IT fluency.- Ability to flourish with mínimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.**About Apple Leisure Group**As North America's only vertically integrated travel, hospitality and leisure management group, Apple Leisure Group is an industry innovator that combines the expertise of 14 leading brands.
