The Fleet Executive will work in partnership with Fleet Team Leader to execute the operational standards and requirements that will drive customer satisfaction and productivity.**Key responsibilities**:- Handling and making reservation of transportation.- Ensure the appropriate allocations of in-house Drivers and outsourced transport suppliers efficiently.- Work closely with Reservation team to ensure all transfer logistic details are fulfilled according to company SOP's.- Responsive to any change in logistic and give constant update to related parties (Drivers, Suppliers, Guide, Airport Concierge, etc).- Effectively cooperate with OPS, Reservations, Product, Sales, Customer Experience and Suppliers for seamless daily operations and overall service improvements.**Essential Qualifications and Experience**- Degree in tourism and hospitality is an advantage.- Fluent in national local language and intermediate to advanced level of written and spoken English.**Skills and Attributes**- Well-developed problem-solving skill- Customer centric with commitment to high standards of service delivery- High attention to details & strong time/priority management skills- Able to work independently or in a team environment**About Us**The Discova brand was launched in July 2019 and is the newest brand in the Flight Centre Travel Group family of brands.
