Open position for a:**FIANANCIAL DIRECTOR**Site: GrafTech México(Apodaca, Nuevo León, México)Currently looking for a seasoned professional with the following credentials:- Professional degree in finance or accounting- 8 to 10 Yrs. Experience in general accounting, costs, social security, international trade & customs and taxes- Domain of English language 100%- Excel, IT and evaluation´s tools- Auditing, tax, budgeting, treasuring and fiscal activities.- Mexican and US GAAP´s- Team work leading to participate in WW business teams- Interpersonal communication to deal with bankers, financial institutions, Government (taxes, international trade and customs), internal and external auditors, lawyers and tax advisors.To perform these primary responsibilities:- Provide Timely and accurate financial information, in home currency and USD in compliance with Mexican and US GAAP to site and corporate Management.- Set up and monitors the policies and procedures needed to guarantee internal control of the business and the compliance with legal, taxes, social security and international trade & customs regulations.- Assure the business model (Producer and LRD) compliance, since the legal, operation, taxes, international trade, customs and self-sufficient cash flow point of view.- Provide through financial planning and analysis, the required business information for a timely and effective budgetary control and performance.- Monitor, manage and communication to corporate, activities related to insurances, cost analysis, quarterly risk reviews, SOX, taxes, controllership and treasury.- Assure contract manufacturing and sales & distribution agreements, PITEX and AAA VAT certifications programs compliance.- Support to General Manager with financial and costs analysis, metrics, savings proposals and process flow optimizations, in order to monitor and assure operation goals.Competencies of the ideal profile:- Business acumen- Comfort around top management- Customer focus- Decision quality- Delegation- Ethic and Values- Functional / technical skills- Informing- Integrity and trust- Perspective / range of interests- Planning- Political Savvy- Drive for results- Technical learningThis job is full time under indetermined contract.Please note: This position may demand some traveling international and domestic.Contact:
