We are currently searching for a Financial controller: Responsibilities Overseeing all financial activities of the company, including budgeting, forecasting , financial reporting , and internal controls . Managing financial relationships with banks and other lenders. Ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations. Analyzing financial data to identify trends and risks . Providing financial insights and recommendations to senior management. Working closely with other departments, such as accounting , sales , and operations . Requirements 15-20 years of experience in financial accounting, preferably within the manufacturing or service industry. Certified Public Accountant ( CPA ) or equivalent professional designation (desirable in Mexico). Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles ( GAAP ) or Mexican accounting standards ( NIF ). Proficient in financial modeling and forecasting techniques. Excellent analytical and problem - solving skills . Strong communication and interpersonal skills . Desired Experience in the Telecom industry (a significant plus). Experience with financial systems and software (e.g., SAP , Oracle ). Strong leadership skills (if managing a team of accountants ). Languages Advanced Oral English. Native Spanish.
