Financial Analyst

Who We Are Looking For ? · 1-2 years of operating or finance experience (preferred)
· Academic background in quantitative fields such as finance, economics, or engineering (preferred)
· Strong English and Spanish fluency (verbal and written)
· Analytical aptitude, proactive attitude, and team oriented working style
· Ability to make decisions assertively and efficiently
· Ability to lead projects and seek innovative solutions
· Superior proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
Job Description · Conduct profitability analysis and operational efficiencies of current and potential projects
· Conduct market analysis to identify potential investment opportunities
· Preparation of monthly board of directors' presentations
· Preparation of financial models
· Support in the coordination of the Due Diligence process
· Support in the development of the 100-day post-closure plan and implementation
· Support in the review of legal contracts
· Support in the integration of current or future acquisitions
· Lead initiatives and projects with the different internal areas - system implementations, process mapping, activities coordination, etc.
