If you love challenges, want to experience development opportunities unrestrained, and want recognition that pays off, then you've come to the right place with Lear.We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as **Cost Supervisor**, based in **Nova, Chihuahua, Chihuahua** (E-Systems Division).As **Cost Supervisor,** you will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment reporting directly to Plant Controller.**Your Task will be**- Provide support and the required information for the annual budget.- Responsible for the semi-annual physical inventory to ensure the accuracy of the outcome in conjunction with the Materials department.- Revaluation and determination of standard cost yearly- Validation of CTO ideas- Inventory account reconciliations, Raw Material, Finish Goods, Excess and Obsoletes, Transit inventory.- Coordinate teardowns to validate the structure of the Finish Goods (BOMs)- Analysis of PPV standard cost vs price actual (Blanket PO)- Reconciliation and Scrap booked- Revision and approval for Engineering changes- Review, validation and booking of cycle count adjustments- Excess and Obsoletes Analysis and follow-up- SOX Controls for Inventory and Costs**To be Successful in this rule you will need**:- Bachelor's degree/Engineering preferably Accounting Degree.- At least 1 year of experience preferably in the automotive industry- English desirable- Proactive, Organized, teamwork- Management of computer equipment MS-Office (Excel).- Management of QAD.- Schedule availabilityLI-DNI
