Our client seeks an experienced professional to join their team as a Director of Revenue Management, overseeing a portfolio of multiple luxury hotels. The position is based in Mexico City What the job involves Ensure revenue is maximized and follows properties' objectives. Assess the external marketplace, demand, and competitor offerings to ensure proper price competition. Evaluate and propose revenue management strategies where needed to mitigate losses or maximize gains. Analyze the business with forecasting and budget revenue included. Maximize profitability by identifying the demands on the market. Ensure all hotels are properly positioned. Assist and guide hotels with their forecast, pricing strategies, and inventory opportunities. Prepare the daily, weekly, and monthly reports for senior management and investors Who we are looking for Solid experience in hotel revenue management with full-service and multi-property responsibility. Experience in high-end luxury hotel brands in Mexico and the Caribbean. Bachelor's degree in business administration, hotel management or international business.
