Please consider this is a Temporary position (2 years). Main responsibilities are:
Generate allocation analysis based on Deployment Customer priorities.Generate allocation instructions to supplier.Attend any Invoice problem with suppliers or Intel accounts payable department.Order Management on different Intel systems.Single Point of Contact with supplier for PO topicsLogistics follow up on Customers' orders shipments.Generate and track billing reports.Owns process on MRP to receive inventory transactions.Upload shipments serial numbers in different Intel systems.Update shipment information on Deployment tools.Update program costing data.Execute shipment communication with Customers.Create Model record request on Intel systems. The ideal candidate should exhibit the following behavioral trait:
Strong Team Player, Customer Oriented and Results Driven.Strong English communication skills.Willing to multi-task, prioritize, and navigate through challenges with minimal supervision.Qualifications:Minimum qualifications, You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position:
BS in Administration areas or Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field.1+ years of experience working in Supply Chain roles such as master program scheduler, buyer, purchasing or related.Intermediate to advanced English level.Preferred qualifications, Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates:
Program Management experience.Working with ODMs on electronic design is desirable. Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.
