What is this role about?As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service and support. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction.
What awaits you in this role:Responding to customer needsEnsuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely mannerProvide cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable mannerUtilize various Helpware and client-based tools and applications for customer supportFully dedicated to a 40 hour work week with shifting schedulesWhat we are looking for:At least 1+ years of BPO experience preferably in customer serviceOutstanding verbal and written communication in business terms with external customersB2 English ProficiencyCapability to maintain the highest confidentiality around company proprietary informationEnjoyment of working with and communicating with people and solving problemsAbility to multitask and prioritize while remaining calm and pleasantSolid problem-solving skillsStrong organizational skillsQuick thinker & able to adaptCourteous with customersWhat we offer: Law Benefits
