Take ownership of the solution from first contact until transition to support. Act as a trusted advisor to the Business throughout the relationship. Collaborating with functional Team and developers, analyzing systems, and recommending improvements. staying current with emerging trends and technologies.**What you'll be doing**- Conduct Functional Specs Reviews with Functional/Business Users.- Participate in Business Requirement and Technical Design discussions- Technical Specs Design, providing the detailed technical architecture for delivering the business requirement.- Participate in meetings presenting solutions and capability- Active participation and consulting leader within the Global ERP community- Participating in all phases from envisioning and planning through execution and stabilization- Conduct training for regional resources- Work with ERP Development team and area/regional solution teams and ensuring the development meets the Technical Design- Understand the ERP product roadmap, release dates and launch activities- Escalate learnings, challenges, and feedback from Users**What you'll bring**- Engineering Graduate / Master's in computer science/ MCA- Desired E1 Toolset:BSSV,RTE, JDE Orchestration, UDO's,UBE, Applications including Power Forms, BI Publisher, BSFNs (C, NER), Table triggers, TCs, Workflow.- 8-12 years of experience using Enterprise One development tools, Enterprise Report Writer- Experience working on 8.12 or higher releases- Proficiency in C, Java and Python and SQL- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Ability to coordinate multiple concurrent projects and prioritize internal requests- Good team player, able to meet deadlines and handle changing priorities- Must have strong English language skills and be comfortable conversing in English- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite**Reasonable Accommodations****Recruitment Fraud Notice**Baxter has discovered incidents of employment scams, where fraudulent parties pose as Baxter employees, recruiters, or other agents, and engage with online job seekers in an attempt to steal personal and/or financial information.
