We are looking for our Commercial Manager Wholesale with experience in tour operators What do we expect from our candidates? - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of Commercial Management within the tourist business.
- Desirable contacts with the North American sector
- Experience with commercial management of Wholesales, Travel Agencies and OTA´s.
- Demonstrable experience in sales and/or marketing and managing relationships with key clients.
- Deep understanding of market research analysis and methods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to think strategically and take ownership.
- Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization.
- Professional proficiency in English & Spanish (other Languages are a plus).
- Living in cancun is a must.
What is going to be your role while making vacation dreams come true? - Commercial Strategy definition, implementation and progress follow up in accordance with company objectives
- Identify improvement opportunities in operational and commercial processes.
- Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on business opportunities (expansion, business development, etc.)
- Monitor sales performance metrics.
- Own and hit/exceed annual budget targets
- Understand existing customer requirements to ensure their needs are met
- Acquire new customers and manage relationships with them (both new and existing)
- Coordinate and collaborate with various teams (marketing, sales, customer service, etc.)
- Create and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders
- Monitor the performance of business activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management (Weekly / Monthly)
- Help set financial goals and develop and monitor budgets
