**Commercial Construction Supervisor****Job description**If you do not have documents to work legally in the USA, we will help you process the TN Visa.**Key responsibilities**:- Involvement in managerial oversight of warehouses.- Manage the scope and schedule on multiple turn-key projects, from permit submission through final close-out- Oversee the scheduling, delivery & use of materials, the quality of construction, worker productivity & compliance with building/safety codes. Maintain safe, clean and compliant job sites- Provide consistent reporting on critical paths of each job as well as schedule status ensuring we complete all required inspections- Enforcing policies of behavior, performance, and safety on sites- Understand contracts, plans, construction methods & regulations.- Schedule and manage subcontractors relationships in order to build warehouses on schedule and close on time.**Requirements**:- Architect or Engineer Civil with a bachelor's degree.- Experience in warehouse supervision of the Tilt-up Panels system is required. **ONLY APPLICATIONS WITH THIS REQUIREMENT WILL BE REVIEWED.**:- Ability to establish good working relationships with a variety of people, including upper management, designers, vendors & customers. Should be able to build rapport and maintain Customer Satisfaction during the building process.- Must possess the ability to supervise effectively at all levels & with a variety of personalities. Motivate building partners to perform at a high level of competency.- Manage time effectively, multi-task & prioritize in order to meet established goals & deadlines.- Computer proficiency required.- Be decisive, flexible & work well under pressure when faced with unexpected situations or delays and in a very fast-paced environment.- Can analyze & resolve problems. Excellent organizational, leadership & communication skills- Knowledge of Construction Practices and Terminology.
