To retain and develop top talent, we foster a work environment that celebrates creativity, encourages skill development, and enables multidisciplinary collaboration.**What you will bring to the team.****What you will be doing**:- Proactive Call Monitoring- Service Call Escalations to closure- Manage Depot/Vendor contracts, ensuring SLA/SLOs are met.- Delivery/Depot/Vendor Management issues are all reconciled to closure.- Knowledge base (NACA) of maintenance contract(s) terms and conditions- In-depth knowledge of expected maintenance revenue flow vs. monthly billing- Submit requests to Operations for Standardized Delivery Reporting- Management of PO's w/Procurement Focal- Interlock on SOW Terms/Deliverables- Ensure proper processing of billing, inventory validation/changes, P.O.s, and contract registrations.- Purchase Order Creation / Receipt / Management- Forecast variance.- Inventory credit/rebill.- Invoicing Prep for Out-of-Scope charges- Receive & Validate invoices prior to submission.**Naturally to be successful in this role, you must have and know of**:- Technical career with administrative approach.- 1+ years of experience with related roles.- Experience with follow up and support of inventory and invoicing processes.- Administrative duties.- Client facing.- Strong Communication Skills- Microsoft Office.- Schedule availability.**Preferred skills**:- Experience working in multiple systems (Oracle, Service Now, iSupport, etc)- Intermediate English level.**We offer**:- Hired directly by Toshiba and 100% under payroll.- Benefits of the law (IMSS, INFONAVIT, December day voucher, vacation voucher)- Life insurance, major medical expenses with dental and visual coverage.
