Da seguimiento diario al reporte de negativos.- Audita discrepancias de material al momento de ser recibidas, siguiendo el procedimiento oficial.- Auditorías a las transferencias del personal de almacén, en todos los procesos de flujo del departamento.- Documenta incidencias y las comunica a los Lideres y Supervisores, así como al Auditor de Flujo de Material.- Asistir a reuniones siempre que se requiera- Auditar localizaciones de almacén con función F2 y F4- Da seguimiento a reporte de localizaciones vacías y publica los hallazgos de sus investigaciones.- Realizar ciclo cuentos de acuerdo con el procedimiento del departamento, según se requiera. Los reporta en tiempo y forma.- Apoyar en proceso de scrap: recolección física y transferencia al área de reciclado tanto en sistema como físicamente.- Apoyo en Reconciliación de Productos terminados, vía ciclo cuento físico.- Ayuda en el control del inventario de basculas y asegurar su buen funcionamiento y calibración.- Audita base de datos de Aduanas contra Mapics, para identificar discrepancias.- Auditar las hojas de transferencias de las materialistas comparadas contra el sistema mapics.- Es capaz de identificar en sistema si han existido ajustes vía desviaciones, para materiales extraviados.- Captura los ciclocuentos correctos en Mapics y solicita ajustes.- Participa y da seguimiento a actividades del Inventario Físico.- Realiza ajustes de inventarios según se requiera y autorice.- Es capaz de consultar en Mapics: Inventarios, Transferencias, Historiales, Reportes, Costos, BOMs, Tags,PMC errores.Consulta la Guía de Entrenamiento "Hand-book".**We Don't Just Build The World, We Build Innovative Technology Too.**Joining the Stanley Black & Decker team means working in an innovative, tech-driven and highly collaborative team environment supported by over 58,000 professionals in 60 countries across the globe.
