At The Wise Seeker we are looking for a Manager - Business Development to our client: is a B2B Fintech focused on enabling the growth of businessesLocation: Monterrey, MexicoSector: Finance**Funciones**- Research and identify potential clients who can benefit from the company's factoring services.- Maintain accurate records of communications and the status of potential clients and follow up effectively.- Qualify leads based on their interest and purchasing capacity.- Collaborate with the sales and business relations team to transfer qualified leads.- Participate in the creation and execution of lead generation strategies.- Stay updated on the company's products and services and effectively communicate their value proposition to leads.**Requisitos**- Previous experience of at least 3 years in lead generation, preferably in the financial industry.- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.- Proactive attitude and results-oriented.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and lead tracking.- Ability to establish effective relationships and gain the trust of potential clients.- Excellent organizational and time management skills.- Focus on quality and attention to detail.- #LI-GS1_
