Our services cover three main areas: Fiscal and Legal Consulting, Auditing, and Family Business.The Business Development Manager will take strategic direction from our CEO and help us scale and collaborate directly with a cross-function organization. This position is a key player for growth and company's expansion.- **What you will do**:_- Create a team and develop it to search for opportunities in the market (Prospecting).- Commercial management of the firm (Strategic planning and establishment of objectives to achieve competitive sales).- Quality control (Detect the needs of the existing and new client to determine how they can be satisfied).- Identify partnership opportunities.- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand.- Maintain existing business and account managing- Think critically when planning to assure project success.- Research and find opportunities in the industry so that the organization grow and expand successfully.- Strong attention to detail and superior analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.- Conduct business analysis to improve sales performance and understand customer needs.- Make business decisions by locating and analyzing sales trend, new products, service areas and potential business opportunities.- Maintain a C and operational level of relationships.- **Your knowledge, skills, and abilities**:_- 6+ years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales or similar in professional services and/or consulting environment- Bachelors degree in Business, Administration or related field- Strong customer-orientated attitude, self-motived, detailed oriented, positive personality with aggressive attitude, well organized, and is able to work under pressure and in different time zones.- Effective, clear, and charismatic presentation skills.- Highly collaborative, strong listening and interpersonal skills.- Solution-based sales experience is an added advantage.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.- Advanced level of English language proficiency.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Great self-management skills and goal oriented- **Why work at Heranza?**_- **We are committed to creating a great environment for our team with unquestioned integrity.
