Join a dynamic, growing team that offers healthcare providers an array of medical technology solutions that make a difference in patients' lives.**Position Summary**- This position will work with the Teleflex vascular products including our Arrow® central venous catheters (CVC), sheath introducers, arterial lines, and peripherally inserted central catheters (PICC). In collaboration with the Marketing Manager, this role will help create, execute and manage full-stream marketing efforts for Latin America vascular products. This role actively partners with the Latin America sales and leadership teams, global marketing counterparts, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the execution and implementation of marketing strategies to exceed growth projections.**Principal Responsibilities**- Provide day to day management of the assigned product lines which includes:- Providing sales support such as sales materials, product questions, cross-references, information for tender requests and customer communications- Collaborate with demand planning, manufacturing, and distribution to maintain high service levels- Manage inventory availability questions, backorder and constraint process- In collaboration with manager, develop and implement tactical plans to increase penetration and drive sales of existing products and drive portfolio management.- Develop content for core products and new product introductions, including market development, training, education and sales/marketing collateral.- Collaborate with cross-functional global teams on projects that improve cost, quality, product efficiencies, and profitability.- Communicate effectively with regional leadership, project teams, marketing leadership, and sales leaders- Provide support to regulatory affairs team on local product registrations.- Perform other duties as assigned by immediate manager.- Adhere to and ensure the adherence of Teleflex Code of Ethics, all Company policies, rules, procedures, and housekeeping standards.**Education / Experience Requirements**- A bachelor's degree is required with areas of preference including marketing, business administration, nursing, or another similar degree area.- A minimum of one to two years of post-degree work experience is expected. Comfort level in the medical environment, with demonstrated aptitude or prior experience with clinical terminology- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
