You will be responsible for identifying trends, conducting predictive analyses, and making data-driven recommendations. It would be best if you were adept at financial data analysis, with an eye for detail and accuracy. Experience in financial reporting, accounting, or a related field, along with deep technical skills, is highly valued.About the Role:- Develop and maintain monthly advanced dashboards and detailed reports to monitor division performance.- Analyze operational, performance and financial data to identify improvement opportunities.- Collaborate with teams to ensure data quality and accuracy during Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and preparation of the latest outlook.- Complete monthly the preparation and explanations about the main variance between actual figures vs AOP, the Latest Estimation, and the Previous Year.- Engage in BI tools implementation and user training.- Actively participate in the Record to Report process, ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial data working closer with main support or administrative teams.- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams in Guadalajara and share services center to streamline and enhance reporting processes.Experience required/Skills/Capabilities/Languages:- Degree in Fiance-Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.- Proven experience in Finance analytics, FP&A, data analysis or business intelligence roles.- Proficiency in SAP, Excel, BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.- Superb communication in English and Spanish.We offer stellar benefits!Diversity statement:Celebrating our inclusive and diverse culture is core to Diageo's purpose of "celebrating life every day everywhere".
