Aceleration Center - Managed Services - Oracle Cloud Accounting Hub Analyst - Senior Associate

Description The selected candidate will be responsible for providing support for our client, offering expertise in problem tracking, replication, troubleshooting, diagnosis and resolution of complicated and critical cases. The focus of this position is to provide customer service via phone and electronic means on a functional level and to ultimately drive complete and total resolution of each service incident. This position requires the individual to coordinate work with offshore team members in order to maximize overall team efficiency. The selected candidate will work remote.Role expectations include:5+ years of experience with Oracle EBS Financials Technical.At least 2+ years of Oracle Cloud experience with emphasis on Supply Chain, Payables and Expense.The expectation is to lead the entire technical piece of the project which includes mainly :Requirement gathering and detailed technical design of the interfaces, extensions, reports and any customizations needed.create documentation's including requirement document, detailed technical design document.data migration from boundary systems to oracleoracle environments technical setups and maintenance.
